(01) — Our process

From questions
to action.

Five steps connecting an understanding of your needs to delivery. Their content and sequence adapt to each assignment.

  1. Understand

    Your context

Explore your business, market, challenges and customers. Review your current situation before suggesting a direction.

  2. Set the strategy

    The right priorities

Identify priorities, clarify goals and choose the most relevant solutions for your needs and resources.

  3. Design

    A tailored response

Develop a creative, functional response tailored to the project. Share the direction and organise approvals within the agreed scope.

  4. Execute

    Putting it into practice

Develop, produce, deploy or launch the agreed actions. Coordinate delivery within the framework defined for the assignment.

  5. Measure & improve

    Continuous improvement

Analyse results and relevant indicators, learn from them and propose improvements suited to the project and agreed follow-up.

(02) — Our commercial principle

DiagnosePrioritizePrescribe

The right starting point is not a package.
It is your need.

We do not automatically recommend a package. We start with a diagnosis, identify priorities, then suggest the right offer or combination of expertise. Digital, Social and Performance can work together or independently.

(03) — Working together

A shared direction.

The first conversation

Tell us about your business, your situation and your project. Together, we clarify what to explore before making any recommendations.

Shared goals

Priorities and goals are agreed with you. They guide the assignment’s scope and, where relevant, the indicators we track.

Communication & approvals

Contacts, check-ins and approval stages are organised for the assignment and defined as part of the collaboration.

Project follow-up

Follow-up covers the actions and results set out in the contract. What we learn may lead to adjustments or new recommendations.

Exact arrangements, timelines and deliverables depend on the selected offer and contract. They are defined for each project.
